Major Yoga Styles
Yoga is a mind body exercise that brings about natural healing and wonderful relaxation health to people who practice it. Another one of the major yoga styles is Kundalini which focuses on physical movement and breathing to allow energy to flow freely. It uses repetitive and rapid movements. You can also look into Bikram or hot yoga. This practice consists of twenty six different poses. And, as the name suggests it is usually practiced within a room that is about ninety five to one hundred degrees.
You can also look into anusara yoga which was created in 1997 and focuses on physical alignment and a philosophy that is from Tantra. Jivamukti is another great yoga style that focuses on spiritual teachings, meditation and chanting. And, forrest yoga is utilizes asana techniques in a vigorous manner which allows purification and pain alleviation.
